Two individuals are now facing charges related to a suitcase robbery where a believed to be irritant spray led to people being hurt at the major London air hub.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, as confirmed by court officials.

The charges follow an probe of an attack at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two female travelers had their luggage taken after exiting a parking garage elevator, according to law enforcement.

This event – which authorities stated was a standalone event and deemed non-terroristic – led to train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area for a short time.
